AEAcademy PMx

Pharmacometrics courses built around clear reasoning, reproducible workflows, and decision-focused learning

Learn pharmacometrics through theory-first and workflow-first courses covering PK, variability, NCA, population PK/PD modeling, diagnostics, simulation, and modern quantitative workflows.

AEAcademy PMx is a growing library of pharmacometrics courses built from real industry and academic experience in population modeling, quantitative drug development, and scientific computing. The curriculum connects theory, reproducible workflows, and decision-focused thinking — covering PK, NCA, population PK/PD, simulation, and more.

Theory Track

Foundations of Pharmacometrics

Build the conceptual foundation for PK, variability, estimation, and model-informed decision-making — before touching any software.

R Track

Computational Foundations for Pharmacometrics

Reproducible PMx workflows in R — QC, data wrangling, visualization, modeling, and a full end-to-end case study.

R Track

Noncompartmental Analysis

Audit-minded NCA in R with PKNCA — from profile definition and exposure metrics to terminal phase diagnostics and report-ready outputs.

R Track · Flagship

Population PK/PD Modeling and Simulation

End-to-end population PK/PD using nlmixr2 and rxode2 — data preparation, estimation, diagnostics, covariate modeling, and simulation for decision support.
